We just ship express by UPS, Fedex or DHL. We decide the shipping carrier for your order. Shipping cost is standart for any amount. Shipping just changes upto destination country. We generally send plain items in 3 days, embroidered items in 1 week after order placed and delivery duration to:

***United States, Canada and EU Countries is between 2-4 business days
***Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Israel is 3-5 days.
***Rest of those countries is: 4-10 days

Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund Conditions!

Cancellation is possible for plain items till they are shipped but not possible for customized items if you do not cancel within 24 hours after you placed your order.
Exchange or return is not possible if item do not have a problem. Because we are shipping from İstanbul/Turkey and return costs are higher than items. Our custom do not accept returning items without taxes (strange but yes) But if item is damaged or not the one you ordered:
1) We may resend
2) We can canel order and refund the cost!
We can make a whole refund for any condition if a problem happened from us!
