Cancellation, Exchange, Return and Refund Conditions!

Cancellation is possible for plain items till they are shipped but not possible for customized items if you do not cancel within 24 hours after you placed your order.
Exchange or return is not possible if item do not have a problem. Because we are shipping from İstanbul/Turkey and return costs are higher than items. Our custom do not accept returning items without taxes (strange but yes) But if item is damaged or not the one you ordered:
1) We may resend
2) We can cancel order and refund the cost!
We can make a whole refund for any condition if a problem happened from our side!

WE ADDED A SIZE CHART TO EACH ITEM LISTED HERE AS LAST PHOTO. PLEASE CHECK IT FIRST. AND THINK ABOUT SIZE CAREFULLY. IF ITEM YOU ORDERED DO NOT FIT YOU, IT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, EXCHANGED OR RETURNED!
